- As part of the contact and registration process for music pupils and others using the studio, whether for recording or rehearsals.

- for the purpose of contacting you in relation to studio bookings etc.
- when we have your consent to let you know about studio events or news.
- for monitoring and evaluation.
We do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations or businesses.
